Discover

We begin by outlining the project to capture a 360-degree view of its requirements, objectives, and scope.

Business Objectives: Identify the business problem being solved, determine how success is measured, and who will be impacted.
Non-functional Requirements: Pinpoint critical issues related to governance, regulatory compliance, and permissions.
Functional Requirements: Define use cases and user stories to develop detailed operational and tactical components.

Design

A Solution Architect reviews the Business Requirements Documentation in collaboration with the Business Analyst to form a shared and accurate understanding of the project’s expectations. Along with a technical solution, a project plan is developed by our team during this phase so that it is ready to be executed in step 3.

Develop

A Project Manager reviews tasks as they are completed, tracks hours used, and appraises team members of their progress during weekly status meetings.

Testing

Sprints are completed, solutions are investigated, and the project is inspected to ensure no resource is missing vital information. Next, the Project Manager reviews training plans (if necessary) and greenlights the Go Live plan.

Deploy

The Go Live plan is executed, sending the app into production. Lastly, Arraya provides ongoing support as defined by the Scope of Work agreement.
