Arraya Solutions Selected as 2022 Top Workplace by The Philadelphia Inquirer

April 18, 2022 – Arraya Solutions announced today it has been awarded a 2022 Top Workplaces honor by The Philadelphia Inquirer. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. This is the sixth time Arraya has been selected for the Top Workplaces list.

Energage’s anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization, including alignment, execution, and connection – as well as on basics such as benefits, availability of training, etc. Participating organizations were divided up into three categories based on the size of their teams: small, midsized, and large. Arraya placed in the small company category, which is home to organizations with fewer than 150 employees.
