Arraya Solutions Selected as 2018 Top Workplace by Philly.com

March 26, 2018 – Arraya Solutions announced today it has been named as one of the Philadelphia area’s 2018 Top Workplaces by Philly.com. This designation is awarded based solely on the results of an employee feedback survey administered by Energage, a leading employee engagement platform provider. This is Arraya’s fourth consecutive year on the Top Workplaces list.

Energage’s survey collected employee input on a number of topics, including corporate direction, faith in management, and openness to new ideas as well as on basics such as benefits, availability of training, etc. Participating organizations were divided up into three categories based on the size of their teams: small, midsized, and large. Arraya placed in the small company category, which is home to organizations with fewer than 150 employees.
