Arraya Solutions Honored with Corporate Culture Award from SmartCEO Magazine

December 18, 2015 – Arraya Solutions announced today it has been named as one of the winners of SmartCEO’s Philadelphia Corporate Culture Awards. These awards honor companies whose creative and collaborative workplace cultures have helped them improve performance and sustain a competitive advantage. Winners were chosen by an independent committee of local business leaders and announced at an event held at the Radisson Blu in Philadelphia on December 17.

“It’s an honor to receive this recognition from SmartCEO magazine,” said Daniel Lifshutz, CEO and co-founder of Arraya Solutions. “A strong, positive corporate culture is an absolutely essential ingredient to success in business. In particular, Arraya was honored for its open culture, which empowers employees of all ranks to feel comfortable taking an active role in the direction of the company. This culture is built around the idea that employees should never feel bound to the status quo, because if they are, it will prevent the company from improving and growing. This is instilled early on with new hires and reinforced regularly during employee interactions with everyone from their direct supervisors and up through Arraya’s leadership chain.

One of the biggest aspects of this approach is avoiding the word “no.” Every idea, whether offered in confidence or discussed at the company’s town hall meetings, is considered fully. Lifshutz says, “That’s the kind of environment that breeds the passion necessary for superhero service to thrive.
